Latasha Harris is a Registered Nurse, Grief Coach, International Retreat Host, and the Founder of Heal Not Hustle — a global movement dedicated to helping women slow down, breathe, and reclaim their joy. After experiencing profound personal loss, Latasha transformed her pain into purpose, creating safe, soul-filled spaces for mothers and women to heal, reconnect, and rediscover themselves.

With over two decades in nursing and three years hosting transformational retreats across Bali, now expanding to Aruba, Kenya, and beyond, Latasha curates experiences that blend sisterhood, culture, rest, and intentional living.

She is also the creator of the Heal Hustle Grieve Journal and founder of Stay Naked & Heal, a lifestyle brand inspiring women to strip away everything that no longer serves them and stand confidently in their truth.
